UPDATE 5/1/2025: Alliance Management Partners LLC is onboarding DSI communities in groups. If you have received a notification from ZEGO that they are not accepting payments from you for your community any longer, it is due to your being onboarded to the new AMP system. You should have received an invitation for the AMP homeowner portal login. If you did not receive that invitation but have received a notice from ZEGO about disabled services, please locate your association in the drop down list and contact the listed AMP manager for assistance. Thank you for your patience through the onboarding process!

**VERY IMPORTANT: ZEGO does not populate with your associations financial records. They will not have accurate account balance information on their site. If you are in need of a current statement, or balance on your account, please email your association manager or call our office at 208-370-5914.
*NOTE: If you already have a login with ZEGO for property/associations not managed by Development Services Inc. (now Alliance Management Partners LLC but Zego portal is under DSI), or if you pay multiple associations managed by Development Services Inc. (AMP), you will need a separate user account with a separate email in order to register and pay your accounts under Development Services Inc.’s management. We realize this is an inconvenience and have notified ZEGO. You are able to provide comments on their website or via their Toll-Free Phone as well.
